My package has been moving back and forth between sorting centers and freight forwarder for almost 30 days. Can you please let me know anticipated date it will leave China and be shipped to US?

Hi Kathleen Medero,

It should leave China in another 10 days. You'd better wait for more days to see if it's normal in the next few days.
