was delievered to wrong state cant find website where purchased from so no contact info but my card was charged and it was delivered by you to the wrong state im in NC not FL need answers

If you couldn't get connected with the seller, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. If you pay through Paypal, you need to open a case to get refund from Paypal.
