this package is in "Preparing shipping" state since May 31, how can I know the real state, or if it´s lost?

Hi Diego Cortes,

If a package couldn't be delivered over three months, it may be lost. It was delivered by airline on May 30 and usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered by airline. It may be delayed due to some reason. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in three months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
