Hello - my package LY187705658CN has been apparently stuck at the Guangzhou Airport since 4/29. There has not been any progress on the tracking information since this date. Is there any way to push it along? Or is there any thing that can be done? I understand that there's going to be delays due to COVID-19, but more than a month seems excessive. Thanks.

Hi,
I have a parcel that is sent from Singapore to China. The tracking number is RT177836835SG. It is en route to China at the moment. However, the postal code that I keyed in is wrong. It should be 526200 instead of 441200. Will you be able to update on the postal code upon arriving at your sorting centre?

LY995341228CN, where is this package located. My shipper said the package would arrive at my home by March 26. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve ordered.
It arrived in the US on June and USPS is processing it now. It will be delivered to you recently.
