Hi, I have made a purchase on ebay on the 16th November 2016, and was given the above track number but i am unable trace where it is. Could you please let me know if the item has been collected yet or where it may be?

It has tracking details now. The seller just sent it out on Nov. 25. You are expected to get it around Dec. 9 if there is no delay.
