Can you please provide me with additional information if you have it available?
Lx078548333cn ordered on march 24. Has not had a status update since march 28. Can you please confirm it has left China and in transport please?

It's still stuck in China now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

So this parcel has been at Guangzhou airport awaiting being put on a flight to Australia since March 28. What needs to be done to best streamline this process? Parcel EV755345685CN last update from 3 March 2020 says been handed to the air line but since no update until now. I contacted the seller and they told me there is no flights from where it been shipped to the UK because of COVID 19 pandemic.
