LW557220515CN 45 days in transit, still in china!!!

2 weeks ago, your employee Daisy Jun said my package LW557220515CN failed security check 2 times. I fail to see how this is possible. If it failed once, and was rechecked, there was NO REASON for it to fail additional checks. I was also told once a flight to the United States was available my package would be coming. Here we are, over 2 weeks later, and my package IS STILL BOUNCING AROUND CHINA. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH YOU GUYS?!?!?!?! I WANT MY ORDER OR MY MONEY!!!!

Hi Bschroll,

It was delivered to air transport on April 19 and takes about 7-10 days to leave China. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about another 15-40 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to see. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Tracking number LW557220515CN has been in transit for 30 days, and STILL HAS NOT LEFT CHINA!!! Why? I can not get a refund from the company for this since it is allegedly IN TRANSIT. Why has my package not left China yet? I could WALO TO YOU IN 30 DAYS!!!
