I purchased the goods on 12/10/2023 with tracking number LV867879044CN/ order 16968442344748. The parcel with this tracking number was delivered to another person. Serbian post office says that Chinese sellers usually mix the packages. Could you help me recover my parcel or find the seller company contact email?

You refer to the delivery person, but who should I call if the tracking does not indicate through whose depot or which delivery person the shipment was delivered?

The tracking number is RH 2380 0706 5 PT Did the person received the package? Did the person asked about the package? Does the person know about the package? Thank you
