Hi Weijers,

You need to contact the post service in Netherlands to check where it was delivered. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I ordered something from Amazon and it’s getting delivered through China post. They said they attempted to deliver 2 times. One at 6:30am. We were home but sleeping. My dog would have barked if someone knocked or rang the bell. They said they tried at 2:57. My husband was home. No one came to the door. I was home all day today and no attempts. What do I do? I would like my package that I ordered.

The tracking status says that my item was delivered on 08/07/2023 however we were on holiday at that time and there was nobody at home to take it. I’m home now and there is no parcel and no note to say that they have attempted to deliver it. What can I do now?

Says delivery was attempted twice yesterday but I was home all day so it was not. Maybe they were not at the right address. We work during the day so no one is home until after 3pm. I can work from home if I know the day they are coming to deliver it. Just let me know what day.
