Hi, how long does the item take to arrive in the UK?
Also how is it being transported? Is it by sea?
The dates are from last month and seems to be taking a very long time.

My item left china on 25th November and there have been no updates.
I have contacted the seller, but no reply.
I have no idea if my package will arrive.

It's shipped by e-packet that takes about 20-40 days to be delivered in normal. It should be delayed in at the airport of China to my experience. I suggest you wait for more days to see. There will be update after it arrives in UK. It's shipped by air.

Tracking error? (3 replies)

Hi, I’ve been waiting on a parcel for over 2 months, I checked the tracking on Royal mails website almost everyday just to see where about it is and keep an eye out for the delivery.
My issue is that it was in the UK and had been through Langley and apparently sent to my TownDO, i got 2 Item Recieved notifications but then it states its still in China, any help?
