LV301155744CN Can you please help me with my parcel? Where is it ? It’s been 5 weeks now and China EMS says less than 30days for the delivery. I have ask again but you said to wait. Please let me know where exactly is it. Thank you.

Hi Kat,

Airline departs on Nov.6. It usually takes about 20-40 days to have update showing it arrives in Greece after airline departs. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Help me correct this tracking and delivery, my parcel said completed and voted but still could not receive this parcel. when i called the post the said is 100 KM from my place yet they refused to tell me exactly place so that i can pick it up. this is very bad and not acceptable by me.
