LT770987134CN tracking number

HI, all tracking on the above tracking number has stopped in China on Feb. 4, 2017, it said it has been delivered to addressee but I haven't received it. I have received the other 2 items in my order and the company just says to wait, that it is in transit. I have checked with the US Postal service and they have no records of it.
Can you please help me with package details.

It's not in transit to US.

It doesn't leave China and has delivered to someone in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province in China on Feb. 4. The delivery has been completed. So, you are impossible to get it. Don't wait. Contact the seller to give you a explanation. If the seller couldn't deliver it to you again, ask your money back as soon as possible.

Seller has only provided fed ex tracking number. So tracking will not show any overseas movement. It will only start showing updates once package clears us customs and fed ex receives package. I have asked seller multiple times for China post tracking number which they keep replying back stating that my tracking number is fed ex tracking number. Is it possible to track package’s shipping from China post with fed ex tracking number? Or how do I go about getting China post tracking number if seller will not provide it?
