LT181015972CN - this is my tracking pls advice what is the problem?

It says the address is not found my address is correct can you tell me what the problem is?

May the sender wrote the wrong address. You should contact USPS as soon as possible to reflect the problem. Or it will be returned back to China.

This is what USPS said:

NEW YORK, NY 10018, Addressee Unknown, Your item was returned to the sender on October 15, 2016 at 1:41 pm in NEW YORK, NY 10018 because the addressee was not known at the delivery address noted on the package.
