How can I find out where it is as USA POSTAL service hasn’t received flight information or turnED over to USPS FOR SHIPPING.

IS IT LOST?

It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.

I was told by New Zealand post that parcel with tracking number RI......CN cannot be tracked in New Zealand. So, I am able to track it only while it is in China.
