The tracking shows my package out for delivery in North Carolina but it is supposed to be shipping to Channahon, Illinois 60410. Why is it in North Carolina? Will it route to Chicago and then to me in Channahon, Illinois 60410?

Hi Jzawacki,

You need to contact the US to confirm for the location of the package. If it's wrong, the seller may give you a wrong tracking number or filled the address wrongly by mistake. You need to contact the seller to check.

I ordered a package and it has been stuck in the same location since the 19th of June. I get the message sorry logistics delay on aliexpress when I check the tracking. Does this mean my package is lost or gone? It's been like this since (tracker states) 6 in the morning, but was suppose to be delivered today.
