LP00472511823624: Tracking status successfully delivered but I didn’t receive

We ordered blanket from Aliexpress. Tracking info suggests package was delivered on 22nd October.
However we did not receive blanket instead it was single hairband. We contacted seller and seller is not co-operative at all.So we have rased the case locally with NZ post.
NewZealand post confirmed that We can see this item was delivered as addressed on 22/10/21. The parcel weighed 0.01KG and looks to be no bigger than an A5 satchel. We do not believe that this would contain a blanket.
Can you please help us to sort it out?
NZ post clearly said -
"I am sorry to hear the sender is not willing to look into this for you Unfortunately as advised in the previous email, we cannot provide internal images. we can however provide them to the senders postal authority on request. Please have the sender open an investigation with China Post and they will liaise with New Zealand Post into the delivery of your item. "
