Lost/Late package

Dear,

My order was made the 27th of April. Still my package RV421170482CN is in China. Even the virus had no impact with the other orders I made in April. Please find out if my package is lost and send it to me a.s.a.p.
It's more than over one month at: Zhengzhou International Processing Center......

Please do something about these issues.

Hi Beata,

It's still stuck at Zhengzhou International Processing Center now. Due to the coronavirus, packages are processed slowly. The time for it to move again depends on the processing time of China Post. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.
