Lost track package, not delivered after 20 days.

Hi, I have sent a parcel through Qoo10 delivery to China Fujian Fuzhou on 9 Nov 2019. According to the tracking details, the parcel is delivered to Guangzhou since 15 November. But, there is no update after that day. I have contacted the post office in China, both Guangzhou and Fuzhou office, and they claimed that the parcel is not with either of them. Please assist me to find the parcel. The parcel has lost track. The tracking number is LT101784007SG.

My tracking # is LS143145787CN and the package shows that it’s been sitting at a China Post facility in Hangzhou Shi since 11/17. Can I please receive an update?

I have tracked all the way to my local city. Hobe Sound Florida. Waited days for delivery but now received info that shipment may be lost. How can it be lost if it is tracked to my local post office?
