Lost RR parcel

An RR (RH000788999US) parcel was sent USPS from Florida USA to me in Dujiangyan 611830 on November 13 2017. It was delivered to a Postal Agent in Beijing on November 17 2017 but since then it has dissappeared and I have been given the run-around with all sorts of fanciful stories, one was that it had been sent back to USA. How can an RR parcel get lost once it has been delivered to a Postal Agent in Beijing and how can I carry out an investigation when China Post will not reply to my correspondence?

It seems that it's back to USA after it's in Beijing. You'd better contact China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask where it is now.
