parcel is still no. every day I plead with them to turn to EMC and wanted to write about the parcels. they do not want to do that.

Hi Anna,

The two parcels are sent by using China EMS. They should arrive within 15 days. I think they may be lost on the way. You should contact the sender to let him contact China EMS by calling 11183 in China to ask if they are lost.

Hello, 2 of my parcels have been failed to deliver, and it's already 2 months since born of them have been sent back by China Post. By latest information parcels are still in Shanghai- what happened to them? Tracking Numbers are RR508020645lv and RS082380651lv. If these parcels still in Shanghai any way I could get them back?
