Lost parcel info

Hello. I had a parcel shipped through you to Canada Post. Canada Post says it was delivered but that is all they can tell me. I have not received the parcel. Are you able to check the shipping address from the tracking number so I know if it went to the correct place? I am unable to contact the seller after nearly a month of trying!
Tracking number is LZ877482442CN

Hi, the tracking number of my parcel is LB192401637SG. According to the tracking info, it said it left transit country which is Singapore on Nov 4 and is en route to Canada. I used AliExpress Standard Shipping Method for my parcel. Is there a chance my parcel is lost? Because I don’t see anymore update since Nov 4. Also, usually approximately how long it takes for a parcel to arrive Canada from Singapore?Thanks for your reply!
