Hi Andrei Simpson,

It has been in Beijing and China Post tried to deliver it to you on Sep. 10 and Sep. 11 but failed due to some reason. You need to contact China Post to confirm your information and require a re-delivery. If you don't contact China Post, it will be returned back.

China Post service number: 11183 (English service is hard to get in most case, better find a Chinese friend to help you call)

My parcel tracking number is EE445415304IT. It is supposed to be sent from Italy to Macau SAR China but somehow I found on website that it has been sent to Beijing. It showed flight departure from Beijing on Jan 19 2021 but no more updates after that. I don’t know what happened. I paid around 100euro for delivery but ended up waiting so long? Is it lost?
