The parcel is signed as delivered . It never took place. I need to find out which company take this parcel from Polish border. Poczta Polska, DPD or other company? How may I check who should deliver it to me

I have returned a parcel from Ireland to China and I had the person receiving the parcel check on its status and they have been told that the parcel is lost. How do I claim for compensation as this is €70 I expect to recieve back as it was sent tracked and made it to China and lost by the post office not me?
