I’ve ordered a parcel from China using China post, since then it arrived in Australia but now they are unable to locate it reporting its lost. They told me to notify China post about what’s the next step to take since my parcel is considered lost. Tracking number is LX213545510CN

You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and let the seller refund you as soon as possible.

Hello I think this parcel is lost LO932743463CN but th seller needs confirmation before I can get compensation can you confirm that its lost its been in transit for 4 months it must be lost
