Lost parcel?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been waiting for a parcel which had been dispatched on July 7 from China to Austria. Could you please help me getting more information about an estimated time of delivery? The tracking number is CP387730468CN.
I'm afraid it might got lost on the way.

The package was not shipped on July 7. The seller created the order on July 12 and sent it after that day. It couldn't be tracked as it's a cheap service of China Post. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Hello I think this parcel is lost LO932743463CN but th seller needs confirmation before I can get compensation can you confirm that its lost its been in transit for 4 months it must be lost
