According to your tracking system we've had a package delivered, except we haven't had the item. Apparently you delivered on the 23rd May to my husband's work place. He's asked the relevant people and it's not there.

Our tracking number is AM346448093CN.
The item is a garden cupboard with metal top.
Please tell me it's somewhere with you , we're starting to believe we've been scammed.

Hello I think this parcel is lost LO932743463CN but th seller needs confirmation before I can get compensation can you confirm that its lost its been in transit for 4 months it must be lost
