Lost Package/Expired Tracking

My package has not has a status update in 3 months. I am assuming that it is lost. The tracking number (#LY953899758CN) says that it is expired. Can someone tell me what is going on with my package or how I file a claim for a refund?
It's delayed or lost on the way. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
