According to online tracking, both packages were handed over to airline on 28 Feb 2020. Six months have already passed since then, so now I wonder where my packages are. is there any way that I can get my more information about my packages?

They should be delayed due to the coronavirus and are still stuck in China now. I suggest you contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution (refund you or send them again to you) as soon as possible.
