Lost package sent to China

hello,
On February 6, I sent a package from Lithuania to China (goods refund). I received the tracking code of the shipment: LP281889029LT. The last post is from February 26. that it has successfully passed through Chinese customs. I don't know anything more about the shipment. The seller claims that he has not received it until now (May 23). Has the parcel been lost?

I have several package that china post lost. I hate it when they use this service. The package is almost 100% to be lost.
