how can i contact china post? Lost package number RS039866065CN. Seller of the goods has closed the store. How can i get the package?

It arrived your country on August 21, 2016. Slovenia Post tried to deliver it to you on Sept. 19 but seems failed. Then, it was returned back to China on Sep. 20 and it arrived Beijing, China on Sep. 23 then Guangzhou, China on Sep. 28.
May be the address for the person to receive it is not clear or there is no contact number for him, So it stopped in Guangzhou Exchange Bureau since then. You'd better contact the recipient in China to contact China Post (call 11183) to ask how to get it.
