Lost package? returned to sender?

Hi, I ordered a package about a month ago and it is saying it was delivered. Well, actually it says vote completed. But anyhow I still have not received the package. Tracking number is as448198515cn. Thanks in advance!

It may be delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
