Lost package maybe??

Can you tell me if package XT649466821CN was ever sent out And if it was really lost in transit on 4/18/2020 Please
And if you could also tell me if UR102599834CN was sent out and then returned to sender on 6/18/2020
I'm sorry to be a bother I've just been wait for this package since February 2,2020 and Vanvatt will no longer answer my emails
