I have 1 lost parcel in Phoenix branch post office, RR062735687PL. Can you tell me why it is not delivered? Or can you give me email directly to the post office?

I am the sender, not the recipient. Can I ask here to deliver it to the hand or do I have to call China post?

You should call them. If you are not in China, call +86 10 11185 then press 8 to get English service. If you could let the recipient make the call, that's much better.

I tried to call, but all I heard was some Chinese informatios (of course I don't understand it) and couldn't connect with anyone talking :( Unfortunatelly recipient don't want to cooperate, he told me he needs to get it to the hand. Now there is a new notification in shipping status. Does it mean, it will return to me?
