Lost package

I sent a package in April. I have been trying to find the package. It was sent to white house in chengdu. The recipient has been there many times and was told not there. It is a large blue plastic tub. Tracking number cx196385594us. Can you please tell me where the package is?

Hi Susan,

Do you use USPS register mail to ship it? There is no information to show it's in China now. You'd better contact USPS to track it for you.
