Lost package

I have a package sent out in Nov 16 from the US to China and it arrived at China around beginning of December. Til now my buyer still have not received their package yet. Here’s the tracking for the package LH118239142US

Hi chauchaycha,

You need to let the receiver call China Post service number 11183 to check why it's stuck there for a long time.
