Lost package

Ordered a placed in November. Tracking number shows was delivered October 5. Called local post office and was delivered to wrong address. Still no package. Can I get a refund for $89.99?

In this case, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get refund from the seller as soon as possible.
