According to the tracking information, it couldn't pass the check and will be returned back to the seller. It has been rturned back to Nanjing City where the seller is located since May 12. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible. If the seller couldn't be connected, open a dispute through Paypal, or contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
