Lost Package

Hi there, I ordered a package back on May 29th and it still has not been delivered. I understand that delays can occur due to COVID-19, but having to wait 30+ days is completely unacceptable. I can only assume the package is lost and/or stolen and I need some answers. I would like to know what is going on ASAP.

Hi Manvir,

If the package couldn't be delivered in three months, it may be lost. There is few chance for it to be lost. It usually takes about 30-60 days to reach the destination country affected by the coronavirus. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
