Lost package

I’m concerned that my package shows that it was boarded on a plane on the 17th, but I don’t see any updates after this. Can packages get lost in transit? Or could this be an issue of it not being scanned?

Hi Laylah,

It's still in transit to the US now. It takes more days to reach and there will be update when it arrives.
