From the tracking number format you provide, we could judge it's a USPS first class Mail. USPS first class Mail can NOT be tracked after it left your country because it's a cheap service. So, you couldn't know if it has arrived the destination or not. Only Register mail and Express Mail (priority mail) can be tracked.
