I've been tracking it for several days, and now it appears that it was delivered on April 12th, but I haven't received anything at home. This is the second time this has happened to me. On November 24th, 2024, the same thing also happened to me with another purchase with tracking number AM556826572CN, and I never received it. At the time, I thought I made a mistake and had misspelled the address, but this time I checked it carefully and it was correct. In other words, it's not my mistake. I'd like to know what's happening and what I should do. I don't want to lose my money.

Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation about where it was delivered to.
