Hello.
I would like to find out information about the package TH00000132339CN, which was supposed to be delivered to Romania, but at the time of entering the country I lost track of it. Do you have information about the transport company that took over the package at the entrance to Romania or any other information that can help us. On the tracking systems it appears that it is delivered but I have not received anything and I have contacted almost all the couriers in our country who do not know anything about this package.

It was shipped by TH express in China. Tracking information shows it was delivered on Feb.9. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and ask which courier is in charge of delivering it to you or require the seller to contact the courier to check it for you.
