Lost package

I have two packages on the way from China to Czech RepublicCP519070320CN and CP519070302CN and the last tracking information is from 24/10 and it hasn’t moved since.
I need to find a problem, fix it and send the packages to me. I’m worried it got lost.
I paid a lot of money for your shipping and I’ve been waiting a really long time (2 months!)
Can you please give me any information?
