Lost package

Hello,

I ordered a package on Amazon, it is marked as delivered but I didn't received it.

When calling Amazon service they gave me your phone number it never dials. Can you give me another phone number I can call or help me through here please?

Hi Victoria,

If you are not in China, it's hard for you to dail to China Post. You can only require the receiver in China to call 11183 to check.
