Can You please help me? Where is package that I have sent? Tracking number is CE500137855FI and I can see its last mark is from Shenzhen, 51805300 5th of July 2018. Hello, the receiver is not very co-operative to do anything to get the package. It is a return of a not satisfying purchase. I sent it back over two months ago and there is almost 1000€ of my money stuck because the seller hasn’t received the package. The seller is very aware that the package is in Shenzhen post and says he tried to call but nobody contact him in July. The seller is repeatedly saying the post must call him. Please, can you be so kind and call to the number that is in the first message I sent to you or written in the package. This situation is really stressful for me because I can’t do anything from this far. I would be very grateful for your help. Thank you!

As you live in Finland. You can call China Post service number +86 10 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask. The call could only be called by the sender.
It's stuck in Shenzhen processing center since July 5. If you are the recipient in Shenzhen, call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask what happened to it.
