Lost Package

Tracking Number: ez082718759us Mailed package to my husband who is living in Wenzhou. Has not received package and keep getting message "Attempted Delivery--Item Being Held, Addressee Being Notified." His email is on the Priority Mail Express shipping label; he has not been notified. He was home on one of the delivery dates. There is a room with a person in it for deliveries. I have sent him packages before with the exact address and he has received them. Please help...he's sad!

I called the number 011 86 10 11183 and pressed 8 for English. The woman did not speak English and we were not able to communicate. Can you try to track the package for me? I don't know what else to do.

You'd better let your husband find a Chinese friend make the call for him in China. According to the latest tracking information, it left Wenzhou and to Shanghai on May 1. It will be back to US if you don't cal as soon as possible.
