Lost package

Hi,
I got the following nr LV486129035CN. This has never been shown on the website, stating there is no information.
It was shipped on 1. June. When I ask the company for reimbursement he only wants to give 50% and says that China post can only be contacted for reimbursement when the order price is over 120$.
Could you help me, I truly don't trust the company. Is this true? Have you see any track on this number, because I believe this has never been sent and the nr is not even valid.

It hasn't been shipped. The seller just gave you a tracking number but doesn't ship it in real. You can require the seller to send one again to you as you don't get it. Or, require them to refund you fully.
