Lost package ?

I placed my order on April 3rd, today is June 8th. My package has been at the Shanghai transportation facility for over a month. Can you please provide me with any information as to when I can expect my package ? Could you also maybe send my package to a facility that is up and running ? It appears that the Shanghai facility is closed.
