Lost of the parcel

Hi My the tracking number is AM551747484CN and was delivered but I didn't receive it. I was at home that day and that time. No one came or knocked on the door. I sent an email to you regarding this however, no reply from you. I asked for a full refund to the sender who I bought from but they need the proof of the lost of item such as a loss of certificate or something.
Please help me with this issue.
