I am contacting you regarding a package (tracking number:AQ825803265CN).The tracking information showed that the package has been delivered in Los Angeles, but I did not receive it. Would you please provide the detailed information of the package such as weight of the package, exact delivery address and the type of items inside. I need these information to confirm with the seller that the correct package was shipped out.

Thank you for your reply. I have contacted the seller multiple times. However, the seller did not respond (I suspect this is a fraud). I then contacted the bank to dispute this charge. The bank said this item was delivered to Los Angeles. I will need the detailed information of this package to submit a rebuttal. Do you know if there is any way I can get the detailed information of this package?

Sorry, we could only see it was delivered in Los Angeles on July 26. If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
